PHASE I
Consultation, Planning and Preliminary Design
The first stage of course construction is preliminary course visits by our landscape architects. After this, the initial confrontation with the architect begins. All ideas and needs should be addressed in this meeting. This consultation gives us the information necessary to organize and start the renovation. In other words, gives us the basis to establish a owner-architect agreement.
PHASE II
Design Development
This is the phase were all the drawings and written specifications are done to bring your vision to life. This will give the first glimpses of your project. During this phase it’s important to establish a clear decision-making process.
PHASE III
Construction Documents, Working Drawings and Specifications
At this stage we begin to set up your construction documents ( “blueprints”) and working drawings that are needed in the construction of a golf course.
